Juneau is the largest of among all ports, but it has only over 30,000 people living there.

Skagway has the richest history among these three cities,many of its buildings reffers back to the Klondike Gold Rush of 1899. Skagway is also the gateway to the Yukon,while your stop here you will get some amazing bus and train tours to yokon that will surely make your journey more enjoyable.

Ketchikan is situated on an island just off the mainland. This island is in turn protected by several adjacent islands, giving the place the feel more of a river town than a coastal city.

Ketchikan is among the best place to salmon fishing becuase its a salt water port so guys best of luck with your fishing.

In addition to your three port stops, your cruise will most likely stop in the College Fjord off the Prince William Sound near Valdez. This area has some of the most magnificent glaciers in all of Alaska.

Your cruise may stop in either Glacier Bay National Park, Tracy Arm Fjord, or Misty Fjords National Monument.

its hard to choose one place among these three stops beacuse they all are cool but i will give more points to Bay National Park.

Alaskan cruises provide a great sightseeing and gives you full chance to see the beauty around you and force you to praise it.

Do your self a favour by  spending some time investigating the shore excursion possibilities in each of your cruise’s port stops,that will spice up your cruise to alaska.
